    Glitz, glamour and gowns galore made headway at last night's 84th annual Academy Awards in Los Angeles. Although almost every silhouette imaginable was present on the red carpet, we noticed a trend of deep red and pale toned dresses that really stood out. Minimalist Gwyneth Paltrow chose a sleek white gown with a removable cape while Dita Von Teese upped the old hollywood vibe in a blinged out blush colored frock with a detailed neckline.
